    The hotel provides a professional conference centre for the guests which comprises:

    • 28 conference halls (with areas from 66 m² to 419 m² – most of them situated on the 6th floor),
    • A cinema auditorium with cinema seats for 417 people and a stage – 6th floor (please also check the repertoire of the Hotel Gołębiewski Theatre Stage).
    • 2 Congress Halls situated at the 7th floor.

    CONFERENCE HALLS

    Conference halls are mostly situated next to each other on the 6th floor. They are accessible via wide corridors that, like wide halls, – as necessary – may freely serve as exhibition areas. There are foyers adjacent to the halls, adapted to coffee breaks during which we serve food and drinks.

    CONFERENCE HALL EQUIPMENT

    Standard equipment of each conference hall includes:

    • a stationery (or portable if needed) screen,
    • a microphone,
    • sound system,
    • a flip chart,
    • marker pens,
    • a conference table.

    Each comes equipped with a stage. Upon the organizers’ request, a lectern may be provided.

    CONGRESS HALLS

    Both congress halls have a big foyer in front of the entrance. They are situated on the 7th floor, facing each other. In the congress halls, beside organizing conferences, concerts, exhibitions or lectures for approx. 3,000 people, it is possible to also organize a banquet for over 2,000 people.
    Each congress hall has a stage, an oaken parquet, elegant marble buffets. Each Congress Hall comes equipped with wardrobes and has its own dining facilities.
